August 2007 marked the 40th Anniversary of the devastating Wray/Claughton floods and in addition to letting us hold our meetings at The Fenwick, the landlords Brian and Elaine Rey were determined both to mark the event for the villagers of Claughton and district, whilst at the same time raising money for the Lune Rivers Trust.
